In the past, the use of secondary aggregates in Germany had to comply with the requirements of the federal states, for example the decrees of North Rhine-Westphalia or leaflet 20 of the Länderarbeitsgemeinschaft Abfall (LAGA). With the Secondary Aggregate Directive, a new, nationally uniform legal framework comes into force. more
